I did some googling and it looks like the fix is to manually update through SSH however i am unable to SSH to my APs or my controller using the various username/pws: ubnt/ubnt root/ubnt root/(my usual unifi account login).For me, the issue was the USB ports not feeding any power to the Pro Controller, charging light would not be on and it would not be recognized by Stream nor by windows in general.
